Fixit Friday! The AMS feeding my @bambulab_official P1S wouldn’t engage to feed filament in slot 1 meaning I could only use 3 slots. The led was solid white indicating there was filament when no filament was present. Turns out there’s a tiny magnet and spring in the feeder funnel that had to be cleaned. Two life-size battle droids, both designed by Droid Division, represent the largest and most ambitious builds I’ve completed to date.

Each droid was 3D printed over the course of hundreds of hours, then meticulously assembled by hand. Every seam was carefully filled and sanded to create a seamless finish before moving into the painting stage.

To complete the process, each piece was individually weathered by hand, adding depth, realism, and character that truly brings these droids to life.
